How do I modify my inventory after validation?
You can modify your inventory from your Customer Area up to 48 hours before the moving date. The quote will then be automatically recalculated based on the new volume.
Am I insured in case of breakage?
Yes. All our moving partners are audited and are required to have Professional Liability and Goods in Transit insurance. Furthermore, the photo inventory created via the app serves as irrefutable proof of the condition of the goods before transport.
